Who’s Frannie?

Frannie isn’t a person; she is a feeling. She is the version of me that slowly came back to life after starting over. She is the woman I became when I stopped just surviving and started living with intention, choosing inner peace, beginning again with grace, and finding joy in the smallest everyday moments with my two young children.

This little flower farm was started and nurtured from that self-love. Today, I grow seasonal blooms, curate hand-tied bouquets, and pop up around the state sharing flowers with people who, like me, understand that life feels richer when we slow down and let love in.

Flowers aren’t just for special occasions. They are for quiet mornings at home, small unexpected joys, meaningful conversations, and moments of true connection.

They are for the love you live every day and the love you so generously share with others. Whether it is a gift to yourself or something you pass along, each bouquet carries a message:

You are worthy of a life that feels like home. Your moments, big and small, deserve to be celebrated. And love, for ourselves and each other, flourishes when cared for and shared.

Frannie and the Flower is more than a flower farm—it’s a story about starting over, softening into love again, and creating beauty out of the broken places.

The Flowers

Why Local Flowers

Most store-bought flowers travel thousands of miles before they ever reach your hands. They’re cut weeks ago and kept alive with chemicals.

Local flowers tell a different story. Grown with care and gathered fresh from my suburban field, they carry the warmth of the season and the love of the hands that tended them.

At Frannie and the Flower, our blooms are rooted in Vermont soil and chosen for the beauty they bring to everyday life. When our fields rest, we emphasize sourcing from American growers who share our values.

When you choose local flowers, you’re not just bringing home something beautiful. You’re supporting small farms, local families, and a community that values connection.

Your Farmer

Hi! I’m Amanda

I’m the one behind this little flower farm. I’m a creative soul, a mom to two incredible boys, and a school nurse.

I started Frannie and the Flower as a way to carve out a little space for myself and to bring creativity back into my life. My suburban field, also known as my backyard, is where I slow down, reconnect, and remind myself, and hopefully others, that there is joy to be found in every season.

Flowers have a way of healing, softening, and bringing people together, just like the work I do as a nurse and a mom. Through these blooms, I hope to share that same sense of care and connection with you.
